I currently use the OPZ skin... but i also recommend this skin, i used to use it, but got rid of it, because every time i posted a screenshot, i got messages asking what skin i used... it comes with changeable backgrounds as well so its pretty sweet.

You need to have the base skin

Base Skins for Football Manager 2011 - michaeltmurrayuk

This lets you edit stuff and its the exact same as the default

Panels.rar

then add these panels to the panels folder in the skin folder

One moves the search bar to the top to let league logos show and the other shows background logos
