I am nearing the end of my 1st season as manager of Aston Villa and my side has been transformed into this:
Enyeama
Beye-Dunne-Otamendi-Dodo
--------------Gago-----------------
Milner----------------------Young
----------Van Der Vaart----------
-----Dzeko------Agbonlahor------
(Diamond 4-4-2)
That is 6 new players into a starting 11 within the 1st season so i understand that a side does need time to create a bond. however i dont know what kind of tactics to play with them, or even if my formation choice is right. should i be playing long ball, fluid, counter attack, wide fast? how should my players be set?
all this stuff seems to go way over my head. help on how to set my side out technically would be appreciated.
