Both the 4-2-2-2 and 4-2-3-1 are good for Real Madrid, from what I've seen. For 4-2-2-2, which unfortunately doesn't bring the best out of Ozil, the My Man Utd 12.0.4 works fine (you can play Ronaldo up front). I prefer 4-2-3-1 personally, consider using Raikan's Pure Perfection CCC or 4-1-3-2 Possession, you can change play Ronaldo or Di Maria as Inside Forward with attack duty to change things up as well.

You could also try JP Woody's Germany Style tactic, it is a 4-2-3-1 and it rocks
