I'm playing as Arsenal, but I have too many good players in order to set a good enough tactic. I've had some really good games as well as some embarrassingly awful ones too.

For example, I was beaten by Manchester United 3-0 on the opening day of the season. And then I beat Bursaspor 5-0, after losing to Blackburn 1-0 at home.

Maybe I'm just ****? Lol

This is my team. I'm currently playing a 4-2-4

GK: Hugo Lloris

DR: Bacary Sagna
DC: Georgio Chiellini
DC: Thomas Vermaelen
DL: Gael Clichy

DMC: Alex Song
MC: Cesc Fabregas

AMR: Eden Hazard (sometimes RVP - but he can't stay fit for five minutes, let alone a match)
AML: Andrey Arshavin

ST: Edin Dzeko
ST: Neymar (sometimes Chamakh, but he can't finish easy chances - just like real life too)

In my subs bench, I have good players too:
Jack Wilshere
Theo Walcott
Emmanuel Eboue
Miralem Pjanic
Carlos Vela

I would like to have a winning formula? Anyone know the best one for my team? Thanks in advance (H)

Try a 4-2-3-1 with wingers and just Dzeko up top solo!

I've tried that, and that was the defeat to Manchester United. Maybe I'll give it another go though...

Dude, you need to give your players time to learn the tactic. It takes about 7-10 competitive games according to personal experiences for your team to learn the tactic and start being successful.
