What tactic should i use with these players??

defensive mids- essien, obi mikel, moutinho, rodwell
wingers- juan manuel mata, zhirkov,j.cole, l.suarez,
att mids- ballack, lampard, aguero
strikers- drogba, cardozo, dzeko
