What tactics are you using?

I need a decent tactic to end this "Losing Streak" of mine!

Club: Norwich City
League/Cup: Premier League/EURO Cup
Season: 2013/14

Please Help Me ? i tried 4-1-2-1-2 is doesn't work at all ?

Just post/screenshot any tactics of yours! Maybe it will help our fellow managers ?
