argentinian teams and brazilian teams the ygte mind boggaling regen at just 17 and 16

Auxerre, Ajax, Barcelona, Real Madrid, Arsenal, Bayern Munich. I find these teams generally in europe tend to produce great regens. Man Utd/ Man City have a lot but after looking I find 80% of the time they were bought from one of the afromentioned clubs so I stick to them. Auxerre is wiin for french regens

I find Brazilian teams tend to have the best, after 1 season in charge at City found this 19 year old regen called Edinho from Cruziero who has better current stats than Torres/Aguero/Tevez etc, unreal player.
