What Team Should I be? - FM 2014

Looking for a team I can rebuild. Someone who used to be quite big. Any European league is fine always for England so a change would be nice
 
How can you commit to something new when the new games round the corner?
 
A team who are in second tier within Europe (preferably outside england)
Have a decent amount of money available
Expected promotion
Good youth training facilities
A lot to ask but want to take them far within a short period of time ☺
 
I would like to have a go at a team with a good reputation that can attract good players but are not performing as they should be and take them back to the top. any suggestions?
 
I'm looking for a fun save to have a go out for the last couple weeks before FM15 comes out, any suggestions?
 
I wanna start new save in Italia and was thinking 3 teams, which one I should choose and why?

Udinese, Sampdoria or Torino?
 
Sampdoria would be the biggest challenge and have the least amount of star players
 
Well, actually I'd like to start with English team, but not in Premier League. I want a challenge, and team should be in lower divisions than a Premier League..
 
guys i am looking for a team in a european league (because of champions and europa league) that has a budget which is large proportional to the team's quality and/or reputation.the budget must be at least 1m. thanks
