My season ticked over, and suddenly all the salaries on my team increased by 50%, has this happened to anyone else?

You should look under their contract if they have a clause like this "Yearly wage rise".

Or if you got promoted and they also had a wage increase on promotion clause.

check your currency i just had an issue where mine suddenly changed from uk to us money and i didn't realize till i sold someone thought that it was enough money and wouldn't take anything less than 15m (uk money) - to find out i actually sold him for 10m (uk money) instead because the offer come through in US money
