What to do with youngsters?

I do have a feeder club but that club only has average or adequate facilities and I actually want to use my youngsters in the future. So I guess my question is. what is more important in development: playing games or training??

you could ask club for another feeder club if have not already . Usually keep hot prospects in under 18s available for reserves then play them in cup competions for like last 15-20mins when leading game also have them in squad for home games to try give them some prem experince
