What to do?

So i decided to manage a lower league team for a challenge...and in two seasons, ive gotten Dover promoted to League 2, but people have noticed me. I was just about to start gearing up my Dover team, ranked at 25-1 odds of being promoted, but I have been offered the job at Tottenham...and I am really tempted to take it?

I have no idea what to do. Opinions?

stay with Dover, because managing a LLT is much more fulfulling than starting straight from the top
