Just fine him constantly for doing wrong. Those palyer conflicts always go away as long as you are winning games.

If the fining thing doenst stop his behaviour after a few seasons, just sell him for a massive profit.
 
I think you should loan him out...if you want to sell him later, then you should try to get as much as possible :)
 
Should he continue to havea detrimental effect then I will get rid. For the time being he can stay put.

Oh, FYI - Just missed his third session in a row.
 
Fine him 2 weeks wages every time. If he repeats sell him off.

You need the netbook skin mate, its gets rid of those stupid sliders in the stats colums.
 
at the end of the day its performances on the pitch that count so you should keep him
