what to look for in assistant manager

looking for an assitant manager for grimsby bsp(just joined after manager sacked and half staff went with him ) what should i look for to find best or does anyone have any suggestions

I like tactical, motivation and discipline but when LL scouting is useful as well as having semi decent coaching stats

I tend to go for 10 in tactics, man management, disciple, motivating and determination then 17+ in judging player ability and potential.

I tend to do all the tactics and team talks myself so dont look for high attributes in tac and mot, but I do rely on my *** man to tell me whether or not a player has potential.
