what to use to scout players?

i downloaded genie scout but it wont load best the languages bit :S
i've also downloaded the FM Assistant 11 but when i load my game on it it says 'error, make sure u have a new or loaded game up and running'
can anyone help me with this ?
and also could someone tell me another way of finding the players CA and PA for regens etc?

no idea, i do the honest thing and just use my scouts

Both of these programmes let you see the PA and CA of players .
