What torrent client do you use?

Speeds are only slow if seeders are equal (or close to equal for that matter) or less than the number of leechers, i think.

Or when i turn my laptop off, when it comes back on, can i resume the donwload? Thanks

Make sure you have forwarded your ports if it is needed with your client and there should be a setting within the preferences for it to automatically restart downloading anything, just a case of looking for it
