A player got only 'ok' morale, so i chat to him. I said 'you played well in last game'-well it was average really, but he got 6.7 and thats above 6.5 so i was content.

He said 'im a bit confused........'.

I said the most polite answer, 'im glad you feel you can do better......'

He then said 'i stand by what i said'.

Then ironicly it says he has a poor opinion of me, but i am his favourite personnel?

What does that mean?

If im his favourite, i dread to think of what he feels of other people lol.

First bad reaction i got, though it didnt budge his morale. It says he is level headed.....yeah right lol.

If it had 'i think you played average/fairly normal', i think that would be a good option.

Yeah, has happened to me, but i just left them to it, and it didn't really change much

The backroom staff said the same player was bad on form, so i placed him in reserves after a chat and he likes me again. That grumpy mood he had only lasted one day lol . I guess no one wants unhappy players.
