Whatg's going to be on the new Patch 9.3?

When is it out approx, and will it sort all or the majority of crash dumps that messed up my last game save, and what else is it expected to include? Do I have to start a new game for it to take effect, it not, how will all this sort itself self out, and why would I have to start a new game, ie. what are the benefits for this?
 
No idea about crash dumps - depends if enough people have contacted SI with the problem so that they can figure out what's going on and fix it. Otherwise it'll be bug fixes, revised player attributes and the January transfers updated. The January transfers will need a new game to have but the rest should be ok with an ongoing game from what everybody assures me. It's due out by the end of this month.

If you mean Arsenal, yeah. If you start a game in 9.2, you'll see things have improved but they have finished the job now for 9.3 according to what is being said in the Data section of SI's forums.

I doubt that Barca will be too much affected by downgraded attributes etc to be honest given their form in Spain at the moment. If anything, they might end up stronger... You'd have to check the Barca data thread at SI to see whether the person responsible for doing them has hinted or said anything about changes to be made.

Not played in Spain yet because of the bug with the AI reserve team managers buying utter **** on ludicrous contracts. That's a bug I'd like to see fixed - how it hasn't been in the past two patches since the game's release is really odd.
 
so thats a bug regarding Spanish teams? There was a guy on yesterday and today tearing his hair out because his Real Madrid side kept buying **** without his say so on high wages.Nobody could help him and he was virtually accused of making it up,LOL
 
Yeah, I posted on the thread when I saw it earlier. Genuine bug and makes Spanish league unplayable in the long run.

Some of the bugs still in the game are unbelievable. How about AI managers getting worse and worse over time as 'real' managers aren't replaced adequately when they retire? Or lower league teams never getting anything like the increased revenue from sponsorship as they go up divisions?

The Arsenal player data being totally ludicrous looks rather tame in comparison to those :D
 
I suppose its gonna happen on a game with such a large database,its just a shame this game wont be perfect until a few months before the new one is due out.Im starting to think new FM games should be every 2 years instead of a yearly update,i think everyone would benefit from that,except SI & Sega's bank balances of course.LOL
 
Also i think they should fix the Real Madrid players Contracts min release fee £120,000,000
 
well actually thats pretty realistic still, they always have ridicoulous release fees. And anyway they should do something with the transfer thing, I mean 100m euros for cristiano or kaka or messi is still possible, but I doubt sergio ramos is worth that money(coming from a madrid fan).
 
Something which should be quite useful is that SI reckon that they've managed to optimise the game a bit more, so in some cases the processing time will be 1/3 of what it is now.

Which will be good for me as my PC is so old it's hamster powered :D
