whats best for a created player

hey im looking to create a few young players for my new game i will be starting with everton but im looking to add some new youth players to the game to mix things up a little.

basicall whats stats do you think i should give my created players im looking to create decent backup players to the first team but have good potential for the future i dont mean potential of a messi or ronaldo but i mean really nice potential to the point of were big clubs will take notice of them
