Which is more important, the CA/PA (out of 200), or the positional rating (out of 100)
 
it all matters, including the balance of points in the CA/PA. a well balanced player with 150 ca is better than unbalanced player of 180 ca. give me Park Ji Sung over Marko Marin anyday
 
oh right (i) so wilshere's pa is really low for a wonderkid (158 or something) but he is good because they are balanced out better

exactly that. he has really good points distribution so it makes him very good, better than you would think. so dont think about PA/CA ( exactly why i dont use things like genie scout) look at the distribution of points
