Whats the best defensive tactic in your openion?

Tested many tactics here if not all . Still didn't see the perfect defensive tactic (specially for low skill teams like those playing in Blue square or Serie c)
Also tried many defense formations like 5-4-1 and so still not sufficient and can be penetrated easily.

Since attacking is impossible for such low teams Vs higher reputation teams, defense might be the solution.
Please share the link of the tactic you think it best for defense here.

Also, there is no best defensive tactic as its depending on your players an how the opponent is playing
