I'm interested to hear what people's philosophy's are out there when building a squad or signing players, do you go money ball? Do you sign players of certain personalities? Must speak local language? Sign players to fit your style or adjust tactics to suit a new signing?
My personal philosophy is signing unselfish players, so high 'team work', high 'work rate', looks for pass rather than shot and doesn't take long shots, and are not injury prone.
I have a mate, that money ball's with attributes, IE: looks for key attributes for each position only.
