When can i sack my assistant?

Hey guys
Im manager for Real Madrid in my game (its the first season).
In the summer during the friendlies i sacked Aitor Karanka because of some bad results and different strategies, soon after i signed a new assistant from Udinese.
But now Guus Hiddink is able to sign as an assistant manager but when i try to sack my assistant the chairman says that it will cost to much money.
So my question is: When can i sack my assistant so i can sign Hiddink?

it depends on how much you are paying him and how long you signed him for!

as you are going to have to pay him out which is normally quite a lot of cash!

I would say around 8-12 months being as rich as Real are would be a good guess
