When can you tutor?

Sometimes i can ask my experienced players to tutor younger players, and sometimes i cant. I cant figure out when and when not and why?

It has nothing to do with player all ready tutoring someone else or just have tutored one since it is not the case.

Can someone please explain how it works excactly. Ive been trying to find a thread that explaines this, but just couldnt, so I might be the only one who has this problem?

It usually tells you the reason why when you hover over the 'grayed out' tutoring option.

It's either because:
- he tutored someone recently (will take about a year, after the tutoring was completed before the option is available again)
- you tried to get a player to tutor someone, but they clashed (not sure how long it takes here, but i suppose something between 6 months to a year)
- there's isn't anyone available for that position (sort of obvious when that will be available again...)
