hey all question about regens,
is there a specific time of the season when regens appear? i have the full allotment of scouts who are scouting everywhere and have noticed at the start of a new season (after the board ask you for what your season expectations are) new regens appear in larger number. the way i look for new young players is slightly random but i go to player search and edit a filter that only looks for players with the age atmost 17. then list by value ... then i tend to just sign the top 5 or so lol. not sure this is the best way of doing it but it seems to work for me, however id like to know is there is a better way of doing it?
