When i make a team?

I made a team in the editor and i put players in my team like all the free players like sol campbell, and james beattie and all that plus this has done this with me previous times in football manager 2012 before, When i go to play fm 2012 i pick my team to be (my created team) and i go on there squad and the players are not there??? does anybody have any idea what to do?

I have the same problem, but also with players existing on other teams, that get transferred properly with FM12 editor...

Maybe add your team as a future transfer instead of your team as their current contract

If you 'transfer' players via editor, and save, you need to make sure the contract start on 01.07.2011, and ends at least a year after that on the date 30.6.20xx
