When to arrange friendlies?

whenever you feel like, of cause it have to be at the start of the season.

Yeah, but by the time I come to it, everyone else has had there arragned and therefore have no space/time to play me

Try and do it a couple of weeks after the season finishes.

I just let the assistant do it personally
