Where are the default faces saved too?

I posted this in the editing forum but nobody has noticed it it seems.


I've downloaded a megapack but for some teams it has older pictures than the games default faces (most npower championship teams), how do I find them and put the default ones into my megapack? (I did it on FM 12) but have forgotten :/

Is there also anyway I can clear my recentley managed list?
