Where can i find team id,league id and player id in fm11? I want create a signture.

I want create a fm11 signature through this web http://www.fm-base.co.uk/sig/your_sig.php. So it required me to fill in the blank with team id, league id and player id. So somebody here pls tell me where can i get the required thingy in game??
