They don't already have them because they don't have the necessary licenses to have them. EA own the SPL licenses and are keeping hold of them (not for good hopefully ).

i know how to download torrent files, the only problem is when i click the link it tells me that the torrent has been removed.

It means the torrent has been removed....simple. Try searching for new torrent files.
