Where do I find each players biographies?

I just downloaded fm16 on a macbook air and also played fm 15 on it too and i noticed that my friend has a little biography for each of his players but I do not and I have looked everywhere and can't find out why?

I'm also playing fm touch not the full mode but my friend also plays touch and he still gets biographies.

Can anyone help me with this?

not all players have them, but they should be on the player overview screen as a panel select.
