As you can understand i cannot deny nor confirm that, but G-Force certinly has a big reputation of this happening all the time, so you can take what you want from what i said there ^_^.

If you read the thing you quote'd you would see that i wrote it does happen here in the uk , but in america it's the norm for almost every release.

There is a big differance from buying the game the game getting it early from retial , and from pirating it, the reason why i don't tell you where my friend works is because he is not ment to sell it early and he can get in trouble for it , it's not ilegal its just wrong and he could get a warning or possibly sacked, and pirating is wrong and illegal , i find it hard to beleive someone can post up a torrent soo quickly , so i don't believe you that you can do that now, they usually only do it for films anyway couple weeks after it released on dvd.

So if there is pirate copy out already that means that allot of other ppl have got it early from retailers aswell dosent it?

Anyway i know there will always be people jealous on here, but the thread was not to brag that i got it early, it was to find out why daniel opare was not in the game, and even on small database he shoulda been there.

Anyway i hope you all enjoy the game , played the demo like crazy and i love this version is allot more in depth which is good, i'll post on official forums on friday find out whats happeneing with that player.

its not just today. they've been coming out for a few days. not suprising given that the game is round the corner

But people hound me cause i go the legit way buy from the retailer 4 days early.

My point is people didnt believe me i got it early, so thats proof that retailers do sell it early..

It's not illegal in the same sense as pirating it, just because 1 person working at a store sells a game early dont mean they gnna go to jail for it, the most would be they get sacked from the employer.

If it was the retailer itself selling games early to the public then yes it's illegal and they get fined or whatever by the publisher for braking street date, but if 1 person acts alone , if he/she gets found most that can happen to them is sacked.

No, it isn't. But it is still illegal. If pirating is murder, this is manslaughter.

As you said before, it isn't just one person working at a store selling a game early, it's a whole bunch of people working at stores across the country selling it early. Release dates become irrelevant. This is illegal. The person doing it will AT VERY LEAST lose their job, and if SI knew about it it would be up to them how far they press charges.

ok so he gets sacked because he is doing something illegal, ur theory is flawed

For eg. If I steal something then I will probably get a slap from the Policeman but its ok to do so..but if me and all my friends collectively steal something together only then its illegal

It is also illegal to not pick up your dog's poo on the street are you going to class them as criminals the same as a seriel killer?

The game is great i love all the new training stuff, match prep, and interactions with players, everything just makes the game allot more in depth , plus when your in a match now, actually comes up with close to recieveing a yellow card etc, so you know when a player is on their last chance to sub them so they don't get a red etc, can't actually find anything bad with it or any bad changes , i am concerned that some players and staff i had from fm10 are not in this version, but i will try start another game and select belgium aswell see if the player comes up, but in my game the now, i have the club up all the other players are there, just not daniel opare which is a shame cause i love my ghanians.

Oh btw Daniel Kofi Agyei is another gem of a ghanian, hes a young CDM/CM, can get for around 4mil ish, that's if you don't go for anthony annan first
