Where is the request to increase % of transfer revenue?

Ok I feel stupid for asking this but..where is the option in board request to increase the percentage of transfer revenue? The layout is different compare to fm14 and I can't seem to find that option. I'm Liverpool if that makes any difference.

Go to Board and then make board request, then under finance it should be there.
