Where my II team and youth team go?

Playing as Schalke 04 and won promotion to the Bundesliga after one season. Quite a few II team and u19 staff were out of contract so I let them go. I employed a new Head of Youth Development and now my two teams are gone from the left hand panel. When I go into staff responsibilities and down to Training it no longer shows them as options to control... never seen this before. Any idea what has happened?

And now the club is constantly appointing u19 employees despite me setting all to me. WTF is going on

And between the first and second pre season friendly the game switched from me controlling friendlies as i always do to the assistant manager taking the game and getting my main CB injured. Like my game is haunted
