Where shall i strengthen my LFC team?

As above. I have another 15mil to spend. 1st season i finished 5th, same points as City who were 4th. Second season i finished 4th while playing Il Devestato formation.
Scored over 100 goals in league.
Where shall i strengthen?
GK's : Reina, Smithies, Ospina (wp)
RB's : Johnson, Kelly, Vrsalijko (wp)
LB's : Taiwo, Insua
CB's : Carra, Skrtel, Agger, Shawcross, Wilson, Galeano
CM's : Gerrard, Vidal, Lucas, Meireles, Ganso, Shelvey
RM's : Kuyt, Cazorla
LM's : Hazard, Lucas
ATT's : Carroll, Suarez, Neymar, Lukaku

Would appreciate some ideas?

I'd get rid of Johnson and Kuyt, bring in Diego Renan and Dzsudszak from PSV, both should be within your budget. Forwards are fine, although Carroll should be a backup. Gervinho's a decent signing at RM. Bring Wilson through, he'll be good alongside Shawcross/Skrtel.
