where should I start?

I play this fm games but I dont have much knowledge as manager.I just like soccer,and try to be manager

I really confused to choose wheter deep defensife line or high,direct passes or shorter, who is my best player,where to put him,etc

so many thing I didnt know much

but too many things made me confused.because it related one to another.like passing and tempo are linked etc

now I really really confused,where should I start learning??
