where to find tactics on Steam?

I play the game via Steam. For some reason when I download the tactics, it is asking me to open with 'Steam'. When I click on the tactic Steam opens up but I have no idea where to find the tactic.

I'm sure its simple and I'm just being ridiculous, but could someone tell me how to get the tactics I have downloaded onto my game via Steam?

Copy and paste tactics to here...

C:\Users\?USAMariner?\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2010\tactics

... should work

Its no different with steam. Read the guides,your obviously doing something wrong.

The same as you would normally, it will be in your documents, then sports interactive, FM 2010, then tactics.
