Hi All,

Currently in fifth season with Molde, trying to bring them to CL glory (quarter finals best to date :(). I have annual reminders telling me when nations have youngsters available to approach.

However, with only a medium database, finding it hard to find decent youngsters.

Which teams have often garnered good youngsters in your opinion? I look at the big sides in each country but their players often reject speaking to the Norwegian champions.

Currently I've found Crewe Alexandra and Santos offering me some talent, but just curious if anyone has advice on other clubs to keep an eye on?

Thanks,
