Which leagues provide manager of the month/year awards

Hey gang

With the coming FM I plan to play a longtime save. Having a league that provides manager of the month/year awards, also would give me the possibility to earn some achievements.

Are there any other leagues (besides english) that provide such awards (well have been in 2014)? I tried to look into the fm editor 2014 and did not find any flags that indicate such awards counting to the achievements.

I would also like to know as well! Is there a list of all nations I can see that show which one that does manager of the month/year awards?

What I did: Created a game with all leagues I consider, and then checked the leagues -> awards page. So, if it comes to Manager of the Month/Year, Goal of the Month/Year it pretty much comes down to England & Scottland.
