Which of these players should I finalise deals?

At Chelsea 1st season and have £36m to spend but am selling some players so have around £50-£60m with budget adjusted also.
Here are the players I am negotiating with:
Toni Kroos: £30m
Arturo Vidal: £35m
Benat: £17.5m (buy-out)
Ademilson: £10m
Hatem Ben Arfa: £14m
Javier Hernandez £25m
Ross Barkley: £7.5m
Luke Shaw: £4m (plus fut. incentives)
Leighton Baines: £18m
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang: £18m
Christian Eriksen: £25m

I am selling Torres, Ivanovic, Malouda, Benayoun, Mikel, Hilario, Turnbull and loads of reserves for around £25-30m. Obviously I cant afford all of these players but which ones should I go for??

Depends on what positions you think you need to improve the most and what formation you plan on using. 4231 probably fits Chelsea the best, so I'd say you need a ST, either a AMR/L or AMC and a RB, so I'd go for:

Ben Arfa
Lewandowski
(Either Walker or Van Der Weil)

Out of the players on that list, regardless of where you need to improve go for:
Benat
Ben Arfa
Eriksen
Shaw

I'd say get Kroos and Barkley.
