Which players should I sign, Shrews FC?

I started a game with the Salop (npower league 2), and just bit in it I got 825k from Joe Hart deal (he played first international game after joining Man City), that means over 200k of transfer funds are now available. Just the problem is I don't really have idea which players should I sign.

I mostly need a DC, DR and AMC or MC. Getting one defender and one midfield would be good, if I get 3 of those positions filled - even better.

So if you have any tips who should I sign, please do me a favor Cheers

I myself started as Shrewsbury, just finished season 1 where I won the league. Only won it on the final day of the season by 2 points. I play a flat 4-4-2 formation. I'd recomend loan signings, Oliver Norwood, Nathan Luscombe, Dean Bouzanis all came in for me. Signed King Gyan for Cm, David Foley for St. Both were awesome.

I've signed 'Carlos' as Striker, for I think around 10k, he's really incredible, loaned Gorka Pintado pairs him up in front, I'm currently leading L2 by 8 points after 19 games into season, also I'm in semi's of JPaint trophy and 3rd (or even 4th not sure) round of FA Cup, which is pretty great results I think.

Other players I got: Mat Sadler (loan), Joe Bennett (45k), Chris Mavinga (loan), Eric Lichaj (loan).
