I just thought this was a pretty Interesting question. I've always found that real life coaches have affected the way I manage my squad, my playing style and to some extent my signings

So I'm just wondering Who influences you, why they influence you and how they have influenced you?

For me Its Hiddink, Ferguson and Mourinho.

I admire Hiddink's fluid passing Football and always try to recreate that in my tactics, I also like the way he Counter Attacks, Its fast and furious and must be a ****** to play against.

Ive always thought that Man Utd are the most motivated and best organised team in the world. Fergie always brings a great squad depth into every match, and uses subs better than most. I also like the 4-4-2/4-2-4 he uses and it, being my favourite formation, is a staple for my FM career.

Mourinho doesn't influence my tactics as such, more my response time in game. I always liked Mourinho's fearlessness if something wasn't working. He's very willing to make a change after 20 or so minutes, either to tighten something up or take advantage of a weakness.

So, feel free to post :)

Im not a ****** manchester united fan but Sir alex ferguson without a doubt influences me to what i do decision wise. <)

Ferguson - because I never do media handling either.

Ferguson - because I never do media handling either.

He does media handling on other channels apart from bbc because they made a documentary about football agents and they portrayed his son in a bad light.

Peter Reid has had a big influence in my current Weymouth Save, which I am making a blog about- Not once did he mean or curse about the situation at Argyle. He just got on with his job, held the dressing room together and stopped a complete collapse on the pitch.

Tactics wise, its the young managers- Especially Tisdale and Buckle [Exeter & Torquay] as they are from my local area, play some nice football and have worked miracles on shoe-sting budgets- Something I am regulary having to do on my FM Saves.

Mostly Joachim Löw - except I don't munch boogers, no matter how nervous I get.
Also, a dash of Pep's tactical brilliance and a pinch of Mou's motivational skills and utter lack of modesty.

I try to emulate George Graham but they haven't put bungs into the game yet.

Mine is mainly Fergie, his 4-2-4/4-3-3 formations influence my tactics, a bit of Wenger with signings and not spending over the odds on players.
And a bit of Holloway, saying random stuff in press conferences :P

For me its a mix of Wenger and Guardiola. I only buy young promising players at a good price and strive to play sexy football. Also Guardiola as i always set my teams out to play similar to Barcelona. I rerely attend press conference but am a bit like Mourinho in them. Always praising myself and never giving the team credit.

I admire Villas Boas greatly. I think his Porto side is playing best football this year. I like to play direct football and I looooove scoring 5 or more goals per game. I am currently working on recreating his tactic

I usually do Mourinho conferences - never criticise my own players. Maybe Drillo, whose got an 11 year undefeated at home record for Norway, as I play direct, counter-attacking football as I'm usually in LLM.

Arsene wenger and his youth system. lol. i defeated old man AC milan (ave. 30) with my gunside (ave: 23)

except i do splash silly cash around. like pastore for 31.5m P is still my highest bid.

i sometimes lose to manu, liver, chelsea when i say theyre the 'biggest' in england. (*heheh) (AW style)
and ***** the manager around, mainly spurs boy. like morhinou

i try to play fast short controlling football with counters so i guess arsene wenger is my main influence although it would also have to be ian hollway in his time at argyle

Brian Clough :) watched The Damned United a couple of nights ago for the 1st time! he is my hero

I admire Mourinho and Fergie the most. When I try to make an offensive tactic I usually go for Ferguson's 4-4-2/4-2-4 but when I play big teams I recreate Mou's tactics and I also try to have the same mentality as him in press conferences and when talking to my players. As for signings I always go after younger players but sometimes buy some world class players if I can reach a good price for them.

Guardiola and Mourinho. I always use epic Guardiola style tactics when playing with the best in the world and I go with Mou's counter attacking tactics when i'm playing with noobs. Oh and I treat my players like how Mou treats his players.
