I try to take all my inspiration and ambition from Klopp and Boas, I do have a pretty accurate Del Neri tactic pack I made for myself and his set piece work is exquisite with the right personnel. But my main inspiration is Andre Villas Boas<3, I would love to say from Brian Clough but the 4-4-2 is a bit too disciplined and boring for my liking, as you can tell by the screenshots below from my Europa League exploits I play an 'open', fluid game.oO)

Basically its a 4-2-4 with Balotelli inside forward AML and Silva AMR with 2 STs in Tevez and Lavezzi with Hamsik and De Rossi/Toure sitting at CM with a deep sitting defence for counter attack football.

But I also take inspiration in big games from Roberto Mancini and his 4-2-3-1 style with two sitting DMs and a lone ST giving me 60pct+ possession. I mean it is very effective in the Premier League

Usually try Ferguson, but it usually depends on the team I'm being. Always try and make them play the same way(ish) but be more successful than the actual manager.

Arsene Wenger and David Moyes are the two managers that I draw my influence from, Wenger signing youngsters and bringing them through the ranks and Moyes by giving the youngsters the chance to prove themselves. Add on top of that Moyes' shrewd transfer policy of signing quality players for a bargain (not by much choice, his tranfer budget seems to be 40p and a Snickers bar these days).

mine is ferguson guardiola and mourinho. i like 4-2-4 counter attack from ferguson, beautiful offense from guardiola and strong defense from mourinho. but i think ferguson influence is more than the other two. i like ferguson transfer policy, not so much signing but effective, and excellent youngster development from him. cheers for the boss :)

I influence myself tactics wise. But Kenny Dalglish is my influence off the pitch.

For me it's Guardiola and Rijkaard or the Barça tactic in general. I always try to play like Barcelona with every team I manage. I love this type of football. For me a 4-3-3 is the ideal formation
