which stats?

Which stats should i be paying most attention to when looking for an attacking coach.

Obviously Attacking but what other stats will compliment him best?

any coach:

1) Determination
2) Motivating
3) Discipline
4) any other stat you need (attacking, defending, technical etc etc)

also Adaptibilty is a good one to have as well as Man Management is an added bonus
