which tactics should i use?

I have a strong team in soccer manager with real madrid i have kaka, fabregas, sneijder, schweinsteiger, f.melo , podolski, robinho, c.ronaldo, pato, f.torres, rooney, tevez.
i try 4-2-4 with fabregas and sneijder in the middle, ronaldo and kaka wings and f.torres and rooney strikers but it didnt work i don't know what to do? please i need your help?
