Which team gets taken over 100%

In the first season of FM2010 in the first 3 tiers of english leagues I remember 1 team gets taken over almost instantly, is it Newcastle or Crewe?
 
Newcastle usually do, haven't noticed any other patterns really.
 
I thought it was buy my brain is nagging me that there was another team which gets taken over despite what happens in the first season :S not Portsmouth
 
Newcastle do a lot, and I've heard people mentioning how it's almost impossible for Liverpool not to get taken over eventually in the 10.3 patch, apart from that, you never know.
