If possible, any european team that has a good youth set-up, and starts with good youth prospects. But isn't challenging for europe in their country; so basically a build-it-yourself team. It does'nt exactly matter if their in their top league, but having good youth prospects and a good set-up is important. Thanks Alot (Oh, and i forgot, i want some money to spend (H))

Hoffenheim, sell demba ba, obasi and carlos eduardo. you'll get an extra 27-30mill for signings then. I'm currently managing hoffenheim and finished first in league every season. The real challenge is winning the Champions League.

Great youth system, but you can only sign Basque players, which is really annoying, makes it difficult to compete in the first few seasons, tactics have to be spot on, but when players like Muniain, etc get good, they dominate
