if you want challenging hannover 96, or hamburg sv in the bundesliga....normally a upperhalf to mid table finish, plenty of cash and still competition with shalke, bayern, etc. etc.

I want to play as a club who needs a pair of strikers and i want those to be cardozo and santa cruz so a club that they would join. :) hope this isnt to hard for ye.

Not sure about budgets as I havent got that update, but........

Sunderland
Birmingham
Aston Villa
Fulham

Thanks but unfortunatley birmingham has the budget but they wont join.Sunderland has the strikers(not sure bout the budget) Villa doesnt have the budget and im fairly sure fulham doest have the budget. but thanks anyways.Dont want to play in spain cuz i like to sign non eu players. The Home grown players thing can be annoying and i just really know nothing about italian clubs.

Sunderland maybe? you need a good DM near Cana and a good AMC insted of richardson. intereting formation mate!

I'll take a look at them. Thanks for the reply. The formation is a bit different, I've always wanted to try it out but I never stick with it. It requires good players in all areas I feel which is it's downside. The wide men are a key, staying wide to stretch the play but must be fit enough to run up and down all day long. They must be competant in both attacking and defensive duties.

If anyone else can think of a team that will fit my needs, please tell me.

Country: European league
League: Top 2 Divisions
Position: Not bankrupt! Secure or better
Facilities: Average or better

I'm looking for a club with a squad that can play in a 3-5-2 formation. I obviously want to improve the squad and club over time but I want to be able to play this formation from day one.

Country: Anything but England (have managed a team in every league in England and have decided I am bored of England)
League: Dont mind
Budget: Not to fussed with the budget, but really dont want a team like watford who have like £200k which you have to spend on getting their wages to break even.
Game: FM 2010
Facilites: Preferably at least average for 1 or both.
Stadium: Any

Malmo FF,Sweden

Budget of about 5 mil first season enabling you to snap up people like Otamendi from South America. Win the league and cup with ease. But getting to the champions league group stages is what will be your real test. :)

Now that is something I like. Teasing me with the prospect of a challenge. Will check them out. I am guessing Sweden is more liberal for work permits? I always find amazing players that Jacqui Smith (the *****) wont grant a work permit for.

Any more suggestions like this would be muchly appreciated.

League: 1st Division
Budget: 5m or more
Facilities: Average - Good Training Facilities, Good - Excellent Youth Facilities

Looking for a team which isn't used to winning the league, or hasn't in the past 4-5 seasons that can be improved to compete in Europe. Also has to have an average goalkeeper. I would like to bring in Guillermo Ochoa or one of the young cheap future stars for this position.
