Looking for £3M in League 1 is a bit optimistic I would try Southampton but on 10.3 database they have a points deduction

Country: England or Spain
League: Top tier
Position: Any
Facilites: Any
Budget: 20-30milllion....don't mind having to sell to raise it.

Note....basically want to create my own team of fairly well known European players (but not great players yet - those that can shine on a bigger stage).

Thanks.

In Spain you can try Atletico Madrid or Valencia.
In England, Manchester City, Aston Villa, Tottenham

Arsenal, they are all young and have to work there way even though they are there, at the top.

In spain, probably Athletico Madrid, since they have the quality of Forlan and Aguero but they need improving.

CSKA Moscow...enough talent to develop and win the league, and a decent enough squad that should get out of the group stages of the Champions League if not win the Europa League. Lots of fun to be had with this team :D

Porto, great team with the good basics. So you won't need to remake the team or anything.

Im looking for a team with the BEST training facilites and the BEST youth academy, im not to bothered about which part of the world and what leage they are in, doesnt have to be top top teams, just wondering if any teams excist with the best?

Should I leave Juventus after six years of management?

No jobs are available and I haven't won a trophy with the club in two years.

Currently top of the Serie A in the first six games and top of my UEFA Champions League group.

cant get into a game at the moment at all, anybody got any suggestions for a fun game i could start and really get into?

Depends if you think you can take them any further or don't enjoy managing them anymore. I've won a couple of trophies with my Villa team, after 5 seasons, I just can't decide whether to move on, or stay.
