Country - England
League - League 2
Budget - Don't Mind starting budget just aslong as the board back me if I get to higher leagues. In my current save I've got Kidderminster up to the championship but the board just cant afford to back me and wont leave. (Not Notts County btw)

Actually, yeah I just thought that too myself :) I started one with them, I'll see how my first game goes and if It's going good, I'll start a Story :) Thanks Micky. :D
Haha... No boder. :P Let me no how it goes cos im tinkin of goin a team lyk that aswell.. Cheers

Bradford City? A team with a huge fanbase struggling in mid-table obscurity of league 2. Premiership a real possibility, at least in FM ;)

I usually go with Manchester United, but i'm getting bored of that.
Would like to find a team in any league that doesn't have money trouble that needs a rebuild.
Any idea's??

West Ham are quite challenging due to their lack of funds. Or you could try Burnley?

Hibs are a good challenge, I tried on the SPL1/2 Database, was rather fun and managed to finish 2pts behind Celtic in the first Season ;-)

Country: Any
League: 15 - 20 in 1st league or 1-8 in second or third league
Budget: don't mind but not too bad!
Game: Fm 2010
Facilities: Any
Stadium: Any
Excluding clubs:

Almeria or Getafe from Spain. Two very, very good challenges there. Actually Getafe are quite easy to manage as they have quality players.

I kinda also want a club that I can build for myself ie bring young talent through and achieve greater success than the board would expect?

Crewe Alexandra? Their in league two. I've started a game with them not long ago got promotion first season and survived relegation the next.

They suit what you've said, should get promotion first season easily and with one or two signings you will survive the next so its challenging but not to the point where you dont enjoy the game. Crewe have good youth facilities in my game they've already produced two excellent regens that are already good enough for my first team.

The hardest challenge you will probaly get is when you finally get promotion to the championship that might be a struggle but i havent got to that point yet so ill come back to you.

can anyone recommend me a team out of spain, england and italy? the facilities or budget is not important, so long as the clubs is weak in midfield, because i wanna use goalglutters tactic! =)

I'm looking for a team that would be good for a newbie, don't care which league, what country, i'm just getting used to the tactics on fm 10 and want a good team to manage to learn with.

Any idea's?

I'm just looking for an incredibly difficult challenge. Ideally I'd like a club to be in financial ruin, very poor facilities, with useless players and who also struggle to sign the calibre of player they really need to achieve their goals because the board sets their goals far too high.

you can try Romania challenge: U cluj, Petrolul Ploiesti, UTA
