aston villa/birmingham (can be done with the right players and tactic)/tottenham/everton

and go easy on your question marks
 
Also wolves get 6.5mill so you could develop them over a few seasons
 
can anybody recommend me a team to go as im starting to get bored with fm kp starting games then can't be bothered with them?

anyway, you could try stoke city, monaco, gladbach (i finished 3rd despite not having much $), athletico madrid, getafe
